Who is responsible for cleaning up the mess? I'm not. I plan on doing what I can to clean up the mess and not depend on others to do it for me.  When I speak about the Village and the Tribe, I'm referencing everyone involved in the care and duty to lower income minorities across the world. Let us stop blaming our oppressors and start planning to be the successors.
