504 Accommodations are special assistance for children who have been identified as special needs or disabled. In the first short cast on 504 accommodations, I spoke about the school districts receiving funds for each student who qualifies for special education services.  Now the parents are receiving "Financial Support" for their children to meet the requirements for special education. Parents are choosing to apply for Social Security Income (SSI) to receive ongoing support and financial assistance to take care of their child(ren). This is an incentive in my opinion.
